The gift voucher is issued by the entity indicated by the prefix of the code printed on the voucher:

• code beginning with A-: A.S.D. San Michele Padel, tax code (C.F.) 95644790016, reserved for members;
• code beginning with S-: San Michele Padel Srl, VAT no. (P. IVA) 12833980019.

Both have their registered office at Via Terzo Reggimento Alpini 10/A, Sant’Ambrogio di Torino (TO). In these terms they are referred to as “the Club”.

The voucher may contain a number of lessons with a coach, a number of match fees or play credit in euros, as indicated on the voucher itself. It can only be purchased at the Club’s reception. The voucher is valid only if it is registered in the Club’s management system at the time of purchase: only the Club’s records are authoritative.

The voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of issue, shown on the voucher. After expiry, the voucher and any unused portion can no longer be used, refunded or converted. If the Club remains closed for reasons beyond the customer’s control, for example due to measures by the authorities, the expiry date is extended by a period equal to the closure.

• The voucher is used at the Club by presenting it at reception, printed or on a phone screen, before playing or taking a lesson.
• It may also be used on several occasions, until it is used up: the portion used is deducted and recorded by the Club.
• Lessons and matches must be booked subject to the availability of courts and coaches and in accordance with the Club’s booking and cancellation rules in force, published in the club rules. A lesson or match that is booked and not cancelled within the time limits set by those rules is considered used.
• The voucher does not entitle the holder to any particular date, time, court or coach.

To take lessons, the person using the voucher must be a member of the Club and hold a valid medical certificate of fitness, as required for all sporting activities. Membership can be arranged at reception or onlineIT. The lack of a membership card or certificate does not suspend the validity of the voucher.

The voucher is personal: it is used by the person named on the voucher. It may be used by another person only with the Club’s agreement, and the Club records the transfer in its management system.

The voucher is not refundable, cannot be converted into cash and does not entitle the holder to change. It cannot be combined with other promotions unless the Club indicates otherwise. The purchase takes place in person at reception: the right of withdrawal provided for distance contracts does not apply.

The number of lessons or match fees indicated on the voucher does not change even if the Club’s prices change in the meantime. Credit in euros is used at the prices in force on the day of use, according to the rate band (member or non-member) indicated at the time of purchase.

The voucher should be kept as safely as cash. The Club is not liable for vouchers that are lost, stolen or used by others before this is reported. The person who purchased the voucher may ask for it to be blocked by reporting it at reception: the Club cancels it and, if the value has not yet been used, issues a new one with the same expiry date in the name of the same person.

Each voucher has a unique code and a QR code that the Club verifies on its own management system. The first recorded use applies to all copies: prints, photographs or forwards of the same voucher do not multiply its value.

Vouchers with a non-existent, already used-up, expired or cancelled code, and vouchers that have been copied, altered or created by third parties, are void and will not be accepted. The images of vouchers published on this website are specimens with no value whatsoever. In the event of abuse, the Club reserves the right to take action before the competent authorities.

To issue the voucher, the Club records the name of the recipient and of the purchaser and, if delivery via WhatsApp is requested, the purchaser’s phone number. The data are used solely to manage the voucher and are processed by the issuer indicated in point 1, in accordance with personal data protection legislation. The Club may update these terms; vouchers already issued remain governed by the version in force on the day of purchase. Italian law applies. For disputes with consumers, the court of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile has jurisdiction; in all other cases, the court of Turin. The rights granted to consumers by the Italian Consumer Code (Codice del Consumo) remain unaffected.
